This is a quick, entertaining read if you’re a fan of crime novels. I am not. It was still a quick, entertaining read. It probably has something to do with the fact that the author of this book was involved in writing and producing The Wire, a show that got me pretty interested in the mechanics of drug dealing and homicide detectives.
I read somewhere that this is going to be the first of a series. Sign me up.
