Don’t read the first chapter of this book in public. You will be eating eggs in a packed diner in the center of town and you will fight back tears and the eggs will not taste as good as they normally do.
After that incident, I put the book down for two weeks. Wasn’t really in the mood to be depressed by a story. And then two nights ago I picked it back up, and last night I finished it. I don’t really read books that fast normally, but this one was worthy of my attention. It’s worthy of yours too.
