This book is awesome. A case study analyzed in this book was featured on This American Life a little while back, and while re-reading that snippet felt pointless, there’s so much other good info packed into this baby, it’s hard to not want to buy a copy for everyone I know.
Here’s the bottom line: you can get rid of your bad habits. You can make new, healthy habits. And it’s not an impossible task. You don’t need insane amounts of willpower.
And while this isn’t a self-help book, I treated it like one. Speaking of which, I better go work out now. Recommended.
