This book was worth becoming literate for. I finally finished it tonight!
In short, if you’ve ever eaten anything, you should read this book.
If you’ve pondered why the supermarket (save for Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods) has 10,000,000 products, and yet they all manage to have high-fructose corn syrup in them, you should read this book.
If you read this book, you’ll not only understand why it’s so important what we eat, but where it comes from.
It’s not often that I’ll read something that will cause me to completely reevaluate my opinions, but that’s just what happened.
